By purchasing a credit pack, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the Service using the available test credits and have decided to proceed with your purchase.

2. All Credit Purchases Are Final

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchased credits have been added to your account.

We do not offer full or partial refunds for purchased credit packs, including where:

• You change your mind after purchasing credits.
• You purchase more credits than you need.
• You do not use all of your purchased credits.
• You no longer need the Service.
• You are dissatisfied with the Service after purchasing, where the issue does not give rise to a refund right under applicable law.

Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, either in full or in part.

3. Failed or Interrupted Verification Jobs

If a verification job fails or is interrupted, credits will be deducted only for email addresses actually checked, according to the Service's credit calculation. Credits allocated to addresses that have not been checked will remain in your account balance, where supported by the Service.

This adjustment is a credit-balance correction, not a monetary refund.

4. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any refund or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
