1. The Service

The Service verifies the deliverability and quality of email addresses you submit and returns results. We do not guarantee that any address marked valid will accept mail, or that results are error-free; verification is a best-effort signal, not a guarantee of deliverability.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Service for business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload lists you do not have a lawful basis or the right to process;
• use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate anti-spam or privacy laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL);
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

4. Your data and our role

You retain ownership of the lists and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the right and a lawful basis to submit each list for verification. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Credits, billing, and refunds

• The Service is credit-based: 1 credit = 1 email verified. Credits are consumed as lists are processed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the charges you initiate.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees and consumed credits are non-refundable. Any refund or chargeback may result in reversal of the corresponding credits and suspension of access.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and may perform maintenance, with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, and any warranty regarding accuracy or deliverability of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the [3] months before the event giving rise to the claim.
