These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Valid Email Verifier provides email verification functionality that helps users assess the validity and deliverability characteristics of email addresses.

Verification results are estimates based on available technical signals and checks. We do not guarantee that an email address will receive messages, that a mailbox exists or is active in every circumstance, or that an email will be delivered successfully.

To confirm addresses we cannot verify directly, we may send one short check email to them. You can turn this off at any time with “Confirm uncertain addresses by email” in your account settings.

The Service is not a substitute for obtaining consent, complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws, or following the policies of email providers and other relevant services.

3. Accounts and Account Security

You may need to create an account to access certain features or purchase credits.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or activity.
• Accept responsibility for activities carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may restrict or suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties, or to address suspected violations of these Terms.

4. Test Credits and Paid Credits

We may provide test credits so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing a credit pack. We encourage you to use the available test credits to determine whether the Service meets your needs.

The Service uses a prepaid credit system. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product description, one credit is used for each email address checked.

Paid credits are added to your account after the relevant payment has been successfully confirmed and processed.

You are responsible for reviewing the available credit packs and selecting the quantity that meets your requirements before purchasing.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Credit Balances

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once the purchased credits have been added to your account. We do not offer full or partial refunds for purchased credit packs.

This policy applies whether the credits have been used, remain unused, or are no longer needed. Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

If a verification job fails or is interrupted, credits will be deducted only for email addresses actually checked, according to the Service's credit calculation. Credits allocated to addresses that have not been checked will remain in your account balance where supported by the Service. This is a credit-balance adjustment, not a monetary refund.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or determined to be unauthorized, we may take reasonable steps to investigate the matter and may suspend access or adjust the associated credit balance where appropriate and lawful.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must not:

• Use the Service to support spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.
• Use it to collect, process, or exploit personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
• Use verification results as the sole basis for making decisions that could unlawfully harm an individual.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, usage restrictions, or security controls.
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access.
• Reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including limiting or suspending access.

7. Your Data and Submitted Email Addresses

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis necessary to submit email addresses and other information to the Service.

You must not submit data unlawfully obtained or data that you are not authorized to process.

You retain any rights you have in the data you submit. You grant us permission to process that data as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and support the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operational, technical, security, or business reasons.

Where practicable, we will seek to minimize disruption. We are not responsible for interruptions beyond the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not warrant that:

• Every verification result will be accurate or complete.
• Every address identified as valid will accept or receive messages.
• Every address identified as invalid will be incapable of receiving messages.
• The Service will meet every user's specific requirements.
• The Service will be available without interruption or technical error.

You are responsible for evaluating verification results and deciding how to use them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASTGD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ASTGD's total liability for claims arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ASTGD for the Service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to a violation of these Terms or our policies, suspected fraud or abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Termination does not create a right to a refund for purchased credits, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Service with a revised “Last updated” date.
